High-resolution photographs are recommended to capture greater detail for a more accurate depiction. 

Orders can be placed via the Online Order Form on the website or by directly emailing Kate at kate.freitas@icloud.com, specifying the portrait size, pet names, and photographs. 

Multiple payment methods are offered (refer to the link below). 

Additionally, both e-gift cards (see link below) and physical gift cards are available, allowing recipients to select their preferred pet and photograph.

Payment in advance is required at the time of order placement. I will verify the orders and the total cost, including shipping if necessary, through telephone or email communication. 

Base price applies to a single pet, with an additional charge of $25 for each extra pet.

Current turnaround time ranges from  3 to 5 weeks and a rush request incurs a fee of $25. 

All artwork is created on high quality watercolor paper and is unframed.

Standard sizes include 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 14x20, with pricing details provided below.

Custom sizes and prints are available upon request.
